@calicodarkia​ sent me this ask, so after pondering eye color headcanons with the Discord squad, I ended up drawing these, they also served as a nice shading/digital painting practice! :’’’)

Queen = royal purple. I imagine she is like King Dice with his green evil eyes, and her eyes shine in menacing purple whenever she is being intimidating and about to wring someone’s neck

King = heterochromatic red/blue eyes

Knight = blue eyes, white boy eyes. He stares into your soul with them, while lecturing you about how you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Rick’s nihilistic

Rook = an amber, almost honey-like shade. This scary big boy is a sweety underneath :)

Gilly = lime green, to contrast her hair
