Today is an off day for me since I'm working a 12 hour shift, but I'm still going to do ZWow #4 by Zuska Light tonight! If you don't have a jump rope, you can do any cardio exercise for that part of the workout. I am going to jog on the treadmill, but you could also use a stationary bike, jump in place, do jumping jacks, jog in place, go up and down stairs, etc. Just keep moving at that point of the workout and you'll do great! :)

Good morning guys!
I was just wathcing fitness videos while having my morning coffee and I wanted to share this one by Zuska Light. It's such a great tip and I'm definitely going to do this! She suggests doing kettlebell swings on days where you have no time to workout (morning, after work and before bed). She says it "plumps up" your butt! That's the look all of us girls are going for isn't it? :P Hahaha!
Have a great day guys and if you don't have time to workout today (you should, because it's a holiday..!! hehe) then try to squeeze in a short exercise like these kettlebell swings or a brisk 20 minute walk or jog. Once you get it done you'll feel much more energized for the rest of your day!
