Dig if you will this irony: I am an American. I said on my FB wall (which is not public) that I hate myself and other Americans. FB banned me for 24 hours for "hate speech and inferiority".... Now, I know FB is a private company. It is not the American government. And though FB is censoring me, that does not mean my right to free speech is being threatened here. I am free to seek out other venues on which to berate this lunatic system that runs my home. The irony is that everyday I jump on FB and exposed to emotional abuse at the hands of strangers but as soon as enter what amounts to my private dorm room and tell my friends that I hate our frat and myself for being a member of it, FB busts in and say it will not let me talk bad about myself or my frat within the confines of the private dorm room they've leant me.
