I found a perfectly good reason to buy myself a one-litre bottle from Bottled Joy. No, I did not get one of those huge 1.5 or 2.5 bottles because lugging 2.5 litres around doesn't sound like fun. Anyway, Austria is introducing bottle deposits (which imho is bullshit because from what I can see in Germany and the US it doesn't reduce the waste or use of one-way bottles) and while I am always carrying my trusty Thermos around all year, I like to have a bottle just for water (carbonated and tab) during the summer.
I do own a Dopper bottle but it is tiny (only 350 ml...which is nothing). I love Dopper because their bottles are truly environmetally friendly but I need at least a litre of water. Yes, 2.5 l would have been cool, but the weight speaks against it.
So yeah, a Bottled Joy bottle, and I chose the purple-green one because this is the closest I got to bjyx colours 😜 (there is no red, and the pink one is combined with blue).
