#SAW2019 Preview parties. Had the pleasure of attending two Somerset Arts Week launch parties this evening in Glastonbury . First was the launch of the #glastonburymuraltrail at the Skate park where we watched some amazing #streetartists finishe their creations in the September sunshine whilst children enjoyed the park. What was moving was the opening ceremony was conducted by a lady who was the artist who painted the first Mural in the town. I also had the chance to speak to the lady who created the first mural map as something to keep her bored grandchildren entertained. it is wonderful that this has now evolved into what we have today and the town is looking so much brighter for it.
