If you've never really walked around China town, you may not be familiar with butcher shops that have hanging ducks, pigs, geese, etc..., but here, you get to see exactly what you are going to eat. When you walk in, you immediately see hanging duck, pig, then underneath are pig intestines, stomach, and other things that I didn't get to try. This place is amazing, plain and simple. I've seen many shops and restaurants in Windsor University district, this be the most unique Meat market I've been in. For 20 bucks filled 2 containers with Crispy Duck and BBQ Pork lady sliced and diced while you watch. WOW it's so damn delicious with a couple sauces they put inside. Going back for a whole Damn Duck and Steamed Chicken. You can order a whole Piggy and many other goodies I'm not sure what everything be, surly gonna work on that.
