Holy shit I'm doing it, Im posting this.. Hear me roar baby!๐๐๐คช This post is inspired by the incredible @kat.john who I just met two days ago at her gold coast zero fks dance event. Her liberating dance events are about UNLEASHING the soul, letting go of JUDGEMENT and going for your DREAMS (among many other things!). . At the core of it for me, is a message that runs so deep, a message of pure CREATIVE EXPRESSION. If you've known me for a while, you'll know that Im not one to hide, in fact I've always thrown myself into the MOMENT with 100% energy, passion and enthusiasm. Whether that be singing on stage as a kid, acting in WILD productions at uni or creating PHOTO EXPERIENCES for my clients that unleash their creative soul.๐ธ . However that doesn't mean that I don't have moments of NERVES, FEAR and niggly voices telling me that I'm being 'too much' or 'too crazy' or 'too whatever'. What will my friends think when they see this? 'who I am to be this bold?. . When I played back this vid, I saw my sweaty armpits and for a second wondered if I should do another vid. Then I questioned the choice of song, maybe its too friggin teenagery (I'm a 41 year old mum and biz pro for Christ's sake, I should be more mature?!). Then I thought shit, kats dance vids are on Tuesday and today is Thursday! (doh!). . BUT, Then I remembered my message and I remembered that in order to inspire others to be true to themselves and let out THEIR authentic light and creative POWER, I must embody this and share this energy out. . Kats zero fks events and meditation are all about this too. We know that the real power comes when we let go of our fears and limiting beliefs and truly allow ourselves to SHINE brightlyโจ, authentically๐ UNAPOLOGETICALLY ๐. . So my question to you all today, if you knew in your heart and SOUL that it was safe to be ALL of you in your biz/career life, what message will you share with us? .
