Flying Irony
He's still not sure of this. Granted, he agreed to it, of course he did. Why wouldn't he? Still, it was not something that Desmond was sure about in any way. The nerves started up low and he hardly noticed them at first, mostly because he was busy moving around and helping pack... what little they actually had to bring along anyway.
This is of course, about flying.
Oh sure he was used to regular flight. The wind in his face, moving through his feathers and under his wings, carrying him where he needs to go. The freedom of it was exhilarating and it was something he looked forward to anytime the need to travel arose. No, his issue here was the human way of flying.
In all of his years, he'd never bothered to get onto a plane. Why would he? He was a bird.
"Still don't like this," he mutters to the virus whom is close by. He's not complaining or whining, just making it known that this was not settling well in his thoughts.

Being woman was not so bad. Frankly he (she now) had encountered much worse things than this. Though being needy on top of this new form was not exactly a delight, especially when that was also compounded by the want to be dominated like hell. Growling, the phoenix storms back to the cabin and practically wrenches the door open, smoke billowing out of her mouth.
Heading inside, it doesn't take long to find the virus she was looking for. "You!" with that she strides over quick, hands shooting out and seizing hold of Alex by the collar, practically yanking him forward and speaking in a sharp hiss.
"I want you to fucking abuse me." there would be no argument here, goddammit!
