After the salvation of the circus made by bats, Zero returns to his homeland, Stony Forest, and trains a little more for when he meets Aero again sometime now that they have become rivals. Despite the rivalry, the squirrel felt free since he stopped serving Edgar and realized that the man was only using him to gain power and destroy innocent lives.

However, Zero ends up receiving a phone call from his girlfriend, Amy. She had discovered that La Sheets was on his way to the forest to deforest it and produce counterfeit money and has also captured Bernard, her father.

To end Ektor's reign, Zero would have to confront his new minions and prevent Stony Forest from being destroyed. They're Rotatio (a mutant criminal with a propeller for a head who pilots the Wall-Crawler along with his twin, Ratotio), the purple rock twin demons, Nobu and Nuje, Echos (a former soldier known as Mecha Bat), Danfly (an red insect robot aka Turboant), the fierce wolverine, Mr. Claw (his real name is Slade Sharping), and Axeman, a killer specialized in axes. Besides Bernard, other forest inhabitants were also captured and held hostage.

While trying to save her father, Amy was also kidnapped, but with her intelligence, she manages to deal with the guards stealthily. Upon arriving at the island, Zero's plane, Ridashippu, is shot down and crashes on the beach.

Just like his rival, Zero manages to defeat the invaders with his ninja skills and lethal endless shurikens.

Circle, who had returned from his mission at the circus, helped Bernard and the other hostages escape while Amy stayed behind until her boyfriend arrived in time and figured out how to ask Batasha for help, even from a distance, to keep everyone safe and away from Ektor.

Responding to their urgent requests, Batasha quickly sent improvement to Zero and Amy so that they could both confront the industrialist, who was now wearing dangerous armor and equipped with gadgets on his wrists.

At the paper factory, Zero fights Le Sheets and pursues him on a flying ship, demanding information about the mastermind behind the deforestation. Aboard the ship, Zero finds that the mastermind responsible for the crimes is none other than Edgar Ektor.

Finally, Zero arrives at the ship's base where Ektor was waiting for him. The fight begins until Amy appears behind him, landing precise blows alongside Zero, strategically positioned.

And just when it seemed Edgar was about to launch his final bomb and defeat them, an energy arrow causes him to miss and hit the monitor, causing an explosion, and the squirrel couple manage to escape the ship with a single parachute, landing safely in the forest. Edgar's ship ended up crashing into a cliff near the river where he was found by authorities passing by, and because of his crimes, Ektor's company was bought by honest and loyal businessmen from Brooklyn.

With Ektor's defeat, the minions had to flee for underestimating Zero, and peace returned to Stony Forest. And to ensure the safety and survival of all, Batasha created a great veil that would keep out any evil invaders and allow entry to good individuals and other species.
