Yesterday’s hard day resulted in a sore day today! Wouldn’t have it any other way! This is my first week back, can’t wait to hit the ground running next week with 6 workouts and 6 days or rolling! Check out what I did yesterday. If you have access to the equipment, give it a try!

First day back at the box post asthma attack and it felt great! It sucked, but felt great! So happy to be back throwing around some barbells and dumbbells! Here's what I did today!

Haunting. Dark. Emotional. Time at an end. To me, I hear this and see this as a still image. I see this as the end to something big, something important. The extinction of something valued and required, the deep, dark keys of the piano sending chills down my spine as I see the end at its last frame. It’s the final note, the calm before the storm, ripping into you with ever pressing fervor, making you know you are experiencing something that will vanish.

When you arrived at the same video screen from earlier, it flickered to life, revealing a beaming Zero.

"Finally, you’re fluffin’ here! I was waiting so long, it nearly killed my mood!"

He let out a hearty guffaw, shaking his head.

The video clicked off, and you were once again left in silence. Well, this couldn’t be bad, right? At least he doesn’t appear to be lying. The door to the ninth dorm is open. Will you try your hand at the ZeroMachine?
