genuinely asking myself bc heyyy girl 🎫
got anything for Guraj and Zenish since they have even less spotlight than Nuroka
Hi Vale (aka myself, turns out you can ask yourself on a sideblog haha)
Her choice of weapon is a metal scythe at default. The scythe's blade can be retracted for a psionic-powered bane blade alt version.
She was training to be a Blood Hunter before becoming an Ascendant. She joined the Chain because eventually the cycle of enforcing orders and carrying out the Hunt became 'boring'.
She doesn't care much about the Religion either, but isn't against it like Ma'lash is.
She poisons the minds of others and turns them against each other, because she genuinely believes all allies would ultimately betray each other.
Out of the six leaders she hates her job because Second is stuck between First and Third which is more fitting to her role. (The Highlord is the face of the leadership team and handles external threats + overall direction of technological advancement; the First ensures loyalty and faith alongside war preparation + Rak'Shir schedulling, Second is in charge of finance and economy, Third handles internal security, Fourth is education; Fifth is research and development.)
Out of the five Ascended, he is second in terms of raw physical strength to Nuroka, they are very close though.
Called the Scourge of Slayn as well in my AU, though it's more of a public title like Ma'lash's Blade of Amon instead of officially given by Amon Himself. He got this title because every operation he was involved in left nothing in his wake; plus because he was impulsive, impatient and known to be random with what he does like a plague suddenly popping up and decimating populations.
Half the time doesn't wear his uniform properly, nobody but Nuroka cares about uniform in this group to be fair.
Has beef with Guraj in the sense they absolutely hate each other's guts, but slept with each other once when they were lowly ranked, so it's awkward af.
Thinks in simple terms. Ma'lash tells him to do something, he just goes okay bc his brain goes this is superior officer, I'll do it because that's what the laws say I should do.
Is just really action-focused. He climbed up the chain bc he was into doing things and well he kept Rak'Shiring and became one of the Ascended. Like bro was chilling and huh he's a leader now?? bruh.
