#zeltfest

* You see the billboard for the first Zeltfest of the year. Just the sight makes you taste the beer and subsequent vomit. Your head starts to hurt.

* It’s the first day and it’s still light outside but the smell of vomit is already present. You wonder why but decide not to question it. You’re better off this way. 

* The music is loud and you know all the melodies of the songs but you can’t make out whether the singer is singing in German or English. Terrified you realise it’s neither.

* The smell of Schnitzel and Langos engulfs you but you hold off. Not yet, you tell yourself. The night is still young and the garlic is already penetrating all of your pores.

* The first round of Spritzer makes its way to your table and you have to swallow a lump in your throat. It’s the beginning of the end.

* You make your way out to the bumper cars. You see fully grown adults ram their cars into that of children. You realise it’s a metaphor of the older generation ruining the young. 

* The line in front of the toilet is longer than your will to live. 

* Someone asks you for a tissue. You wonder whether there ever was toilet paper at all.
