â„ for you and Zekoa
(( AndâŠhere..we..go!! ))
After some time of spending time with Zinaji, watching a few movies and discussing further questions Zinaji had for her to explain. Finally the door had made a click sound. The two heard the sound and Zinaji not wanting to be left alone would she open the door with Zinaji holding her small hand in his. Upon opening the door, she would just find herself some place completely dark. Okay, she didnât mind the dark at all. But when itâs pitch black that you canât even see any source of light, that freaked her out. She didnât even feel Zinajiâs hand holding hers anymore, as if he vanished. âZinaji? Did you let go of my hand?â She quieted to listen for him. Great, she lost the only character that is afraid of the dark! And where the hell was she?
Not hearing Zinajiâs whines or even a respond of words. âOkayâŠ.walking through that door obviously separated us.â She sighed. âPerfectâŠnow what?â It took her a while but she soon began to walk forward, extending her hands out to feel around but all she felt was nothing while she took careful steps forward. âZinaji!?â She called once more.
"Dere ainâ no Zinaji âere lady.." Spoke a much deeper voice, with a wolfish tone.
Amanda stopped her movements entirely, standing in the middle of darkness. Which one was this one!? âZekoa?â
From darkness would the area come to life, the sound of a crackling fire. A hearth fire pit that had been created by a drawing. A iron hearth gate with a wolf head at the front, the eyes seeming to flicker by the flames behind it. The sitting room that her friend took the time and effort to draw and now she was actually standing in it. âWhoa?â She was standing infront of a very large couch and can feel the warmth of the fire. Looking around the room and felt the softness of a rug under her feet. Taking the moment to look at the room with a mix of crow and wolf decor and the two tiki masks hanging on the wall.
"Welcome to me cozy âome.." Spoke Zekoa.
Turning around to find him lounging back on the couch, smoke pipe in hand with a relaxed smile. A arm bent back to have his hand behind his head as the other held the pipe. If she thought Zinaji was tall, Zekoa looked even bigger. âYou know if Korâakk seen you lounging back all casual like that, he would be all over you right about now.â She chuckled out.
Zekoa grinned wolfishly. âAs to be expectedâŠif âe were âere.â He pushed himself to sit up more, patting the couch for her to sit as he removed his legs from being stretched out across. âCome and sitâŠI got no idea why of all dreams you be âere. But as a dream walkerâŠI seen alot of crazy shit witâ Crow song. Other dreams dat we visitedâŠâ He motioned a free hand to the air. âSo what brings yaâ to my side oâthaâ world?â
Approaching the large couch she settled herself to sit next to the big guy. Lifting her shoulders to shrug. âYeah I know the story between you and Kor. What I do not know is why I am here. I just spent what felt like hours talking and watching movies with ZinajiâŠâ She paused in thought before the realization. âOh shit!? Where is he anyway!? He didnât want to be alone and heâs obviously not here!â From sitting she hopped up back onto the floor, looking around for Zinaji.
Zekoa placed his pipe down in his pipe holder tray. âWhoaâŠwhoa relax dere lady. Loa..for a creator yaâ sure do show dat yaâ careâŠeven with all thaâ shit you put me and Kor through. And donâ worry about âimâŠ.âes fine and you know it. If you imagine âim some whereâŠdat where âe be.â He waved a hand toward her before he scooped her up in one hand to drop her off back onto the couch. "Now sit on downâŠ"
Before she can answer she was lifted with ease, settled back onto the couch. A small frown. âOf course I careâŠ.what makes you think I do not? AndâŠhmmmâŠâ She thought on where to place Zinaji to ensure he was some where safe. âYou got a point about Zin.â
Zekoa smirked as he picked his pipe back up to smoke, taking in a breath before he breathed out with a plume of grey smoke expelling out of his nostrils. He pointed toward the small human. âYou took âer away from me..â
"You know that isnât my fault there buddy. Circumstances changedâŠ.and instead of living your days alone as a hermitâŠ.you are with another or are you notâ.." She paused hearing the growl. Lifting her hands up as a means to with hold peace between them. "Yes I know your happy with Korâakk. So thatâs all you got to talk to me about?"
Zekoa eyed the small human, how can such a small thing create something as him? âKodoshit dat thaâ circumstances changedâŠyaâ could of written a bettaâ back story den what yaâ tossed into me life like a âurricane..â He frowned.
With a roll of her eyes and pointed toward him. âRegardless of how things went downâŠ.in the endâŠyou have what you have right?â
Zekoa took the time to smoke a few puffs before he placed his pipe down. He sighed as he looked to the fire. âI just tâink you could of written sometâing much less tragicâŠ.I undaâstand thaâ reasonsâŠbutâŠ..loa woman itâs a wonder I not clinically insane witâ tha âshit you tossed on me.â
Taking in a long breath she patted his thigh. âLookâŠyou gone through some heavy story that I created. But that is how life is. You go through heavy trauma, you never ask for it, never want something that steep and hurtful to ever happen to youâŠbut it happens. Just as I gone through life changing experiences, so are you and the rest. Just as I explained to Zinaji, itâs a portion of reality in a fantasy world for other people to connect with. And there is nothing we can do besides move forward with it. Because to not move forward will mean your own demise, you wontâ go anywhere, wonât grow. You just become stagnant.â She paused looking at him as the pink haired troll looked to be taking in her words.
His crimson gaze eyed her for a few silent moments before he grunted. He couldnât be entirely angry at her for what she decided, it was the way things are in both worlds. Shit happens and all you can do is get through it. He let out a low sounded sigh. âYeah, yeah I know all oâdisâŠ.I just was curious. And I can argue all night about dis butâŠ.I wouldnât want to change anytâing. But yaâ so do dat shit to me again and it involves witâ losinâ KorâakkâŠâŠloa I swear Iâm gonna âaunt yaâ dreams for eternity!â He eyed her.
Holding her hands up once more. âFair enoughâŠ.â Soon to stand up on the couch to look to him. âYou know I did have a dream of you saving me from a horde of zombies or aliens..whatever it was that was chasing me. You picked me up and hauled ass!â
Zekoa raised a brow. âUhh..yeah about dat. I was dream walkinâ witâ Crow SongâŠandâŠsorta found you in trouble. âE warned me dat interferinâ may not be a good tâing butâŠ.I couldnât stand dere and let dem get yaâ.â He then grinned wolfishly. âAnd yaâ welcome..â
"Can I hug you?" She asked.
Zekoa opened his arms, with one arm pulled her in for a hug. âYaâ sure can lady.â He grumble purred, he lifted his chin so her face didnât smack into his large tusk before he lowered his head to look down to her.
Pulled in to a large embrace, she was nearly mushed against his chest as she hugged around his neck. âIâm sorry for giving you such a difficult back storyâŠ..and life wonât be that difficult for you for as long as I can protect it.â
Zekoaâs grip relaxed and he returned to smoking his pipe, her small weight he barely felt. He grunted with smoke seeping out from his lips as he spoke. âItâs fineâŠ.yaâ know yaâ not so bad. Yaâ also kinda cute..â He grinned lightly.
She rolled her eyes. âYour only saying that because your in my headâŠâ Waving her hand in front of her face and coughed. Rising up to get away and sit back down on the couch. âUghâŠokay I try to explain how pleasant the smell of peaceblooms is but daaamnâŠ.â She hacked a bit in her coughing. âThat stuff smells dry!â Cough!
"You thaâ one dat created dat I like to smoke a pipeâŠand it is enjoyable.." He spoke with amusement in his tone.
"Yeah, yeahâŠjust keep your smoke..over there." She pointed.
MEANWHILE!!!
"AAAHHHHHHH!!?!" Zinaji comes rolling out of the closet after he walked through nothing but darkness. Where was he!? He flailed his arms to pull off what felt like a hat on his head, looking around to find that he was laying on the floor with a bunch of clothing and few child toys along with him. Looking around quickly, where did that little human go? Was he home? "RenâŠLina?" He called.
"ZinajiâŠ.what are you up to?" Called Lina from downstairs.
Zinaji scrambled up onto his feet and quickly was throwing items back into the closet in a hurry. âLina yaâ naw believe what just âaaaappeenned!â He called back before he went racing down the stairs, leaving toys that were rolling across the floor and the closet door wasnât closed all the way so just more items fell out from his rush.
