Swimming work out today.
Swimming with fins is also a good workout for strengthening your legs. Doing dolphin kicks and flutter kicks while keeping your streamline (meaning no arm pulls) is a perfect way to exercise your legs.
Aside from fins, you can also use paddles and pull buoy to strengthen your upper ex. (Forgot to take a picture of pull buoy and paddles) In this workout, i suggest you get yourself snorkels, for stable breathing and focus on your arm workout, just put the pull buoy between your legs to keep it afloat. In this work out kicks are not allowed. My other suggestion is that don't use the snorkels and practice your breathing pattern while doing your arm pull exercise.
