I want her to be a glitchy hologram, and I want to see if I can get that effect by hand. I could go over her in pen, then use a light box to draw her in blue pencils/pastels. But I really want her to have scanlines. Maybe I could draw her on top of a surface with ridges? (Something about that texture creeps me out😰 But all the better for the art, lol) It would also be cool to get all those old TV screen composite colors in there -- it seems really ambitious, but I'd love to get the soft, choppy look that you can see on the fantastic CRT Pixels twitter:

She is supposed to be blue, but if I could achieve that Seurat-style, with dots of every color together, that would be amazing (though I've already made her pretty small).

Also, I found some old tweets and even older forum posts that argue that the original Leia hologram actually had vertical scanlines, not horizontal. A couple other OT holograms might have also had vertical scanlines, but all of them nowadays are horizontal. Whether she did or not, it is a cool idea, though I imagine vertical lines would look more flattering for her features. Maybe I could try out different diagonal angles.
