Serving delicious Levant cuisine for the past 7 years, Zaroob now adds its colorful (it’s literally colorful; inside and out!) touch to the Dubai Marina area, strategically located in The Radisson Blu Residence, Dubai Marina.
With the restaurants’ live cooking stations in an open kitchen setting and traditional decorations, the concept aims to introduce people to the ‘real feel’ of walking through traditional streets of the Levant area. Combining both the finest recipes and the most elegant of experiences, Zaroob is at it again, catering to your dining experience. With colorful setting, mouthwatering authentic dishes like the Fateh, the wholesome Kibbeh and not to forget the street side view of the spectacular Dubai Marina skyline, the time at this location is surely going strike chords with guests.
Zaroob was launched in 2010 by the Zuhour Group, and is a concept inspired by the traditional street food vendors found around the Levant region.
Zaroob captures the best and most authentic aspects of wholesome and simple cooking. The founder wanted to bring in the history of Arab street food to a modern audience. The live cooking stations, juice bar, open kitchens and diversity of decoration from the Arab world make it lively and enjoyable for diners.
Zaroob has evolved its menu to present appetizing options for all palettes. Currently, branches are open on Sheikh Zayed Road, Golden Mile, Ibn Batuta Mall – China Court, Buheirah Corniche Sharjah and now in Dubai Marina.
