Figured I should post more of these since they get a lot of interest, but here's some of the photos from behind the scenes on P3:WM Act 2, provided by Yuichi Matsumoto (Jin) between August and September 2014. - This was his first time using a Kansai dialect! It took him some time to get used to it, though Takeya (Takaya) sort of took him under his wing during the rehearsals. - Matsu's not a summer fan. He was complaining about how hot it was travelling, but it was worth it for persona. - The cast all got along like a family during production, and went out for dinner together frequently. - Ray (Shinji) and Matsu went out for dinner one night. Something something Shadow Cry reference. - Haneyuri (Chidori)'s birthday fell during the performance of Act 2, so everyone celebrated it - A bunch of the cast went to Persona Live 2014 afterwards. Matsu mentions that he wished he could perform like that. Seeing everyone again was nice, too. - Matsu went to see Ray perform as Shibata Katsuie in Sengoku Basara's Stageplay in November 2014. "I learned that Strega has its own sense of justice. The lines I said to Takaya on stage this time 'Don't be reckless.' I would be happy if I could embody even a little bit of the significance of what Jin said to Takaya. These words saved Jin from the darkness. It's hard to put into words, but meeting Jin helped me grow a lot as a person." -Matsu More people need to appreciate this version of Persona and how much work was put into it.
