This day was exceptionally good, and Kariin had spent the past few hours skating her day away. The seventeen year old Thestral showing up several skaters at the park, and being shown up a time or two herself. Those she 'rewarded' with a kiss. Why not? Most of them were pretty cute, if a bit cocky. 

But now she was thirsty, and had taken to the street instead, looking for a good place to get a drink. She really wasn't feeling the need to use her fake ID to get in a bar. She could spend some cash and get herself a nice, ice cold fizzy drink, or maybe a thickshake. It's the sort of day for it. The wind through her short, punky mane was pleasant, and the sound of her board's wheels on the road was familiar. It gave her time to think.

She pulled up however, only a few minutes later, upon noticing something she liked.

Kariin was known to people watch. She liked to people watch. She could always find a hot piece of ass people watching. Or a nice set of.... well, anything! It was one of her favorite past times, short of skating. But this? Oh, she liked this. Standing next to a parked bike Kariin could only assume was hers, was a mare she hadn't seen before. Worn Denim pants still covered in grease and oil stains, a white shirt under a black, sleeveless leather jacket. It looked like she'd torn the sleeves off herself. Hanging off the handlebars of the bike was a matching black helmet. The kind that just sat on the top of the head, leaving the jaw and lower face exposed. A cigarette hung loosely in her mouth as she fished about in her pockets for what Kariin assumed was a lighter. Her blue coat was very fetching, and she had pink, yes, pink hair. A short, punky styled mane like Kariin's own And a short, curly tail in matching pink. It was....

Oh yes.

She skidded to a stop on her board, flipping it up into her hand with practised ease. The sound caught the attention of the mare Kariin had been checking out. She had lightning bolt eyebrows. 

So badass.

Kariin found herself approaching the mare with a grin, board under one arm. The mare raised a brow at the approaching teenager. She was definitely older than Kariin, without doubt. By several years. No more time to think though, She was there.

"Can I hel-"

The bat pony's free hand found the mare's jacket collar, and she pulled her down into a sudden and eager kiss. The mare seemed surprised, and probably was more surprised at the loss of her cigarette than the kiss. But a moment passed, and she wasn't so shocked anymore, a free hand finding just above Kariin's tail and pulling Kariin against her. Kariin didn't even notice her wings opening as the mystery mare pushed back into the kiss. She was taller than Kariin by a few inches, and dominated the kiss rather thoroughly. Kariin felt the mare's tongue touch experimentally at the tips of her fangs.

Kariin felt a hand in her hair, and she was pulled back. The kiss was broken and Kariin heaved in a breath. The mare smirked.

"I have that effect on ponies Pipsqueak," She chuckled, "But you're moving a bit fast ain't ya?"

Kariin smirked in reply, still breathing heavily, "Hey, what can I say? I know what I want, and I go for it."

"Little young for that ain't ya Batsy?" The mare replied with a raised brow. Kariin huffed.

"I'll have you know," She replied, "That I'm nineteen!"

A blatant lie, but one she backed up with the fake ID in her pocket. The mare took the ID, looking at it closely. Then, she laughed.

"It's a good fake kid," She handed the ID back, "But it doesn't fool me. Had one myself at your age. What're you, fifteen? Sixteen?"

Kariin's face fell, and she pocketed the ID again with a grumble, "... Seventeen."

"Seventeen huh?" The mare smirked, "Old enough to buy a fake ID, old enough to make stupid decisions I guess. Most chicks are nice enough to buy me a drink before they get to snogging," Another cigarette made it into the mare's mouth, "And normally," Match struck, cigarette flared up. Kariin suddenly had free movement and actually stumbled back a step in surprise, "I know their name."

A drag from the cigarette lit the tip up orange, and the cloud of smoke that followed had the acrid smell so common from tobacco. Kariin, not willing to back down yet, snatched the cigarette from the mare and took a drag herself, surprising the mare. Not only did she take a drag, she didn't even once cough, held the breath in for a few seconds, and exhaled the smoke out in a puff of her own.

"Name's Kariin," She replied after, offering the smoke back, "You?"

The mare's lightning bolt brows knitted a little, but in the end she sighed and smirked, "Zapperbolt," she took the proffered smoke back, "The name's Zapperbolt batty. You ain't half bad at kissing Pipsqueak." "Been a while since I had a good taste of a mare," Kariin replied cheekily, "Smokey aftertaste... tastes pretty good to me."

Zapper barked out a laugh, pulling Kariin to her side again, hand around the Bat's waist, "Kariin, I think you and me are gunna get along just fine," Another drag on the cigarette and once again offering it to Kariin, who smirked and took it.

"Tell me where to get a jacket like that, and we'll be best friends," She replied, taking a drag, "If you're up for it, maybe a bit more."

"We'll see Batty. We'll see."
