Guide to take photos for your listing
As the saying goes, images speaks a thousand words. This is very true when it comes to selling online. As a seller, you need to understand that your Buyers are not touching or physically seeing your product and therefore the decision to buy your item will be based on what you will show them.
Buyers buy through their eyes and the first impression counts every time. As a buyer, we ourselves get attracted to a beautiful product.
Price comes second. When we are attracted to something we then go ahead and have a look at the price. So many times we have expanded our spending though the product was more than what we had budgeted for. We did this only because we were connected with it through its beauty.
We encourage our sellers to take time in planning the photo shots of your item. This is one of the main elements of attracting many buyers and also getting a successful sale. We have allowed you to put up to 6 photos so make the most of this.
A lot of times Sellers only place one photo and expect Buyers to get all they need through that one photo. We encourage you to take photos from the front, back, up close of the material, the design and also any features that make the item stand out. A clean background where your item is the highlight of the photo.
Hanging the item on a hanger or wearing it and taking good HD shots. Avoid placing the item on the floor, table, sofa or bed. etc.
Also, make sure that there is no watermark on the photos.
