Yusuke Hint: You wouldn't happen to know the specifics of getting permission to go onto private property, would you? It's purely for artistic reasons.
Naoto clue: Typically one would ask the owner directly, or their subordinates if they are unavailable. This can be done through email, phone call, fax, or in person depending on the property.
If it's a company, usually asking a worker during hours, or calling the business to gain permission to be on their property.
If it's somone's personal property, asking them in person directly is more acceptable unless you have access to their phone number or email.
I hope your artistic adventures go well, though maybe it’s best to stick to public places to save the hassle or potential disappointment if you are rejected.
