Recipe #1 - JJAJANGMYEON (Black Bean Noodles)
Annyeonghaseyo! Have you ever experienced watching k-drama and then they order and eat this black, goopy, messy noodles and it just makes you hungry all of a sudden and wonder how it tastes? Well, lucky you! Here’s a quick and easy recipe for Jjajangmyeon (also known as Black bean noodles) so you could make it at the comfort of your home and eat together with your favorite k-drama characters. (I highly recommend that you listen to k-pop music while making this, to set the mood.) Happy cooking! ❤️
(Good for 2-3 persons) Things you’ll need:
• Jjajangmyeon noodles (I used udon) • Pork, cut into cubes (about 1½ cups’ worth) • 1 Zucchini, cut into cubes (I didn’t have Zucchini so I used a Carrot) • 3 Small Potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes • 1 cup Onion, cut into cubes • 2 tbsp.Black bean paste • 3 tbsp.Sugar (adjust to taste) • 1 tbsp. Starch powder, combined with ¼ cup water • Leeks cut into strips, for garnish (optional)
1. Mix the sugar and Black bean sauce in a bowl and preheat in a pan. (You can skip this step if you want to.)
2. Stir-fry the pork in a deep pan, until golden brown and crispy. 3. Remove pork and set aside.
4. Add potato and carrots and stir-fry for a few minutes, until the potato looks semi-translucent. Then add the onions and stir for about 3 minutes. 5. Add in the pork and black bean sauce.Stir.
6. Add about 2 cups of water and let it cook with the lid closed for about 5-10 minutes.
7.Stir in the starch water, and keep stirring until it’s well mixed and thick.
8. Boil the udon noodles for 2-3 minutes or follow directions of the packet. 9. Put into a bowl and add Jjajang sauce over the top. Garnish with leek strips. Serve and Enjoy!

Irresistible honey chicken stir fry recipe from YummyTummy.
Addictive Honey Chicken Stir Fry
This Cheesy Cauliflower Bacon Pasta is a delightful combination of flavors. The creamy cheese sauce, savory bacon, and tender cauliflower come together to create a comforting and satisfying dish that's perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1 small head cauliflower, chopped into small florets. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup milk. 2 tbsp butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Boil chopped bacon in a big pan over medium-low heat until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. The bacon grease should still be in the pan, but only about 1 tablespoon. Put cauliflower florets in the pan and cook them until they're soft, about 5 to 7 minutes. After you add the minced garlic, cook for one more minute. Add the cooked pasta, milk, butter, and cheddar and Parmesan cheeses that have been shredded. It will take about three to five minutes of cooking to make the sauce smooth and the cheese melt. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put chopped parsley and crispy bacon on top. Warm up and serve.
