Those who've known him from before he got put under would say that he's both warmer, yet also colder these days. He speaks a lot more casually, and looks after the younger members and definitely jokes around more And yet, because of his acquired face blindness, he's begun To make more ruthless decisions against the enemies. Even if they don't wear masks, even under the guise of perfectionism, Pan will give commands that make you feel like he's forgetting that those are people as well. And he realizes this in retrospect when he's alone, too.

More comfortable hanging with people who have little to no preconceived notions about him in relations to being RI's tactician. He isn't really sure how much of that is "him" and dislikes having to live up to someone's expectations before they even see him.
