For Tanefrun, it honestly depends! Let’s take this for example:

If she were out for a hunt, she’d want to take as much time as possible to make sure she got a good kill. Either for practical reasons, or just the thrill of the hunt. She wouldn’t want to rush it, since it’s something she holds as important.

A Kaldorei ritual that’s she’s unfamiliar with--she would want to make sure to get it right; out of respect for the customs since she was never raised with it, she would want to take as much time as possible to learn it. Since it’s a huge part of where she comes from, she wants to be mindful, ya kno!

However, if it’s some trivial activity that annoys her, she’d be quite stubborn and rush through it so she could do something that interests her. 

I’ve always imagined it being pretty difficult for a long-lived elf to catch sickness especially if they’re well-attuned with nature. Considering how long they’re in their environment for, they’ve probably built up a pretty good immunity. At least when they were mostly all secluded. Now with all these new lands over the last decade and these new races, it’s probably a bit easier to contract a nasty bug.

Natyl’ir has very little faith in herself, it boosts her confidence when people tell her that they’re appreciative of what she’s done for them and that they have faith in her abilities. 

Y’Sorah’s confidence is already skyhigh but she loves it when people praise her magic abilities. That’s always something that she’s been self-concious of, so when people compliment it: it’s a big ego booster.

This has been in my ask box for a while but here we go.

Yserdrel isn’t one for dressing elaborately so I think she’d try to go for a subtle type of elegance. Maybe a long dress in a deep shade of blue. (alternatively: she wouldn’t go at all because she hates those environments)

Y’Sorah is the one out of all three of my elf ladies that would go all out. We’re talking the highest most expensive looking heels you’ve ever seen, her dress probably has lace and strategically placed cutouts to accentuate her figure.

Crowds: Yserdrel isn’t fond of big cities, she finds them annoying and difficult to navigate. Depending on the amount of people present, she can easily get overwhelmed and makes an effort to avoid bigger cities if she can.

Death: Answered here

Ghosts: During a small “family retreat” with Sora and a cousin of theirs, she witnessed a being of nothing but visible flesh/blood and muscle tissue come from the wall behind them but she tells herself to this day it was a trick of the eye but she really can’t comprehend what she saw that day.

8: How is/was your OC’s relationship with their parents?

Natyl’ir held some resentment towards her parents for leaving her to raise her sisters while they went off to war. As an adult, she knows the resentment was foolish, but overall had a decent relationship with both of them. 

Y’Sorah had a very close relationship with her father as she never knew her mother. Growing up, she was determined to impress her father with her talent in magic. She was torn when he died but she’s since come to terms with it and regularly visits his grave.

Yserdrel had a rocky relationship with her mother as she didn’t really know her father. Her mother was disappointed with her when she took up archery over devoting herself to the temple and elune to become a priestess. 

30: What makes your OC defensive quickest?

Natyl’ir: When someone tells her she hasn’t done enough for her family or claims they know her better than she knows herself.

Y’Sorah: When someone tells her she’s weak or that her family deserved what happened to them.

15: Does your OC consider themselves a good person?

Natyl’ir: She doesn’t consider herself to be a good person, infact it’s quite the opposite. She believes she’s a terrible person.

Y’Sorah: She wouldn’t consider herself a good person but she also wouldn’t consider herself as a bad person. She’d describe herself as a “normal person who does good and bad things”.

Yserdrel: She knows she’s done some bad (but necessary) things in the past but overall, she does, in fact, believe she’s a good person.

17: Does your OC suffer from any mental health issues?

Natyl’ir has suffered with mental health issues since she was quite young. In present time, she suffers quite heavily from PTSD and Depression. (cause I make my ocs suffer)

Y’Sorah suffers from seperation anxiety but she’s currently working to get passed it. 

Yserdrel has suffered from depression for some time but she’s typically good at hiding it from others until recently. The burning of Teldrassil hit her hard and as a result, her depression is very much apparent and seems to be getting worse.

22: How does your OC usually show affection? Are they openly romantic or more restricted with their affectionate emotions?

Natyl’ir is very restricted when it comes to her emotions in general and even more so when it comes to her affection emotions. She’s utterly terrified of her emotions and the concept of falling in love with someone. However, if she were to ever get in a romantic relationship with someone, she’d typically be very open with her physical affections. Natyl’ir would be commonly seen holding hands with her lover or with an arm around their waist. 

Y’Sorah isn’t too restrictive when it comes to her romantic feelings, in fact she’s very open with them. She has no problems telling/showing her lovers how she feels about them. Sora can generally be seen holding her lover’s hand or holding onto their arm, if they happen to be shorter than her she’ll offer to carry them around. Sometime’s she’ll pull her lover into her lap and read to them.
