Do non-legendary planeswalkers (such as tokens from Jace, Cunning Castawayâs ultimate) count for the cost reduction of Mobilized District? The wording isnât super clear.
No, they donât.
The construction âeach legendary creature and planeswalkerâ is applying legendary to both types. Yes, itâs not clear at all from the wording, but this is the templating theyâve gone with for this class of things. If you need actual confirmation, just look at the printings of the card in some other languages where the adjective canât apply collectively, such as German:Â
Asking as someone without a consistent income, (or else I would use your patreon), do you take card requests with a flat donation? And if so, how much?
I donât see why not. It would just depend on how busy I am in a particular month, and whether I think Iâd have time to do it. Itâd probably also come after Iâve done all my Patron requests for the month, or when I have down time. As for rates, Iâd price it similar to my Patreon, and base it on what you want, so weâll say:
$2- Magic Item or Spell
$7- Adventure Location or Monster (w/o lair actions/adventure seeds)
$12- Race/Subrace or Monster (with lair actions/adventure seeds)
$20- Class/Subclass
(These would probably be subject to change based on taxes/processing fees, but for now, this seems about right to me.)
The other question is, if I were to do this, how would people pay me. Obviously thereâs Paypal, etc. Does anyone have any specific ideas/preferences?

One entry per contest per person, please. If you submit multiple cards on accident, weâll contact you asking which one you want to be submitted, but with the reminder that youâre only supposed to submit one. Further multi-submissions will result in more direct reminders. However! If you notice a mistake or a correction, youâre free to resubmit your card, and the most recent submission will take precedent. thank you very much. :â) i will eventually.iâm not sure what my favorite headcanon is since i have a lot of headcanons for a lot of different characters and also yharnam itself...itâs probably not my favorite, but i REALLY like the headcanon that Henryk used to knife all the sewer rats as hunting practice and thatâs why you find so many knives on their corpses in central yharnam...throwing knives were Henrykâs favorite weapon, after all. itâs so silly but it Works skdjfnkjs
Not positive whether this is the sort of question you answer, but whatâs the best way (if you know of one) to make an NPC of given race more powerful than others if itâs not listed in the books? IE. The leader of a group of sprites, etc.
I can answer pretty much any question you want! Iâm not super active on this blog right now, so it just may take me awhile to answer (like this one!)
I personally think the best way to make a more powerful version of an NPC or monster is to give them class levels. Even just one or two levels of a class makes a big difference in what an enemy can and canât do, but without changing their power level drastically. Iâd say every two levels of a class boosts an NPCs CR by 1. Class levels are also great for differentiating an enemy situationally. Fort instance, if you have a leader for a group of sprites and you want those sprites to be involved in a plot where theyâre stealing from forest travelers, you might give their leader some Rogue levels, to show theyâre skilled in thievery.
Another way, and my preferred way if youâre just making one enemy the leader of several others, is to give them legendary actions. Legendary Actions are 5eâs perfect solution to creating boss monsters. It gives them extra actions without breaking action economy entirely, allows them to do cool things they might not otherwise, and puts them at an obvious advantage over both your players and other enemies. Legendary Actions are honestly one of my favorite things about 5th Edition.
