Kenny didn't know what bulimia was until Cartman mentioned something about it. He went home and looked it up, trying to get more info on the subject just in case. He knows many people suffer from depression and anxiety (including him) and wants to help anyone he loves that has symptoms of any disorder/problem.

He noticed some odd behaviors in you one day. You'd eat a lot, go to the bathroom, and come back. It might seem normal but he found it odd. Especially since you're the person he's closest to, his significant other.

After some time he found out and it broke his heart into two. He'll keep it between you and him as it's no one's business anyways. If Cartman even mentions the topic of bulimia or something triggering to you, he'll beat his ass.

Kenny gives you long hugs and tries to help you get better. Once he notices you binging, he'll stop you right in your tracks. Kenny will sit you down and talk to you about what's happening. He'll even remove his parka so you can hear him better.

If you do need to vomit for safety reasons such as consuming something toxic or old, he'll come with you to help. After that though, Kenny will watch you like a hawk. The boy probably won't even sleep.

Kenny tries to show you how perfect you are. It might take a while but it's totally worth it for him. He just wants to see you happy and healthy without any worries.

Karen will always give you compliments without her older brother's influence. He doesn't need to tell her to praise you since, well, you're amazing. Everyone can see it but you, hopefully, one day you'll finally see yourself through his eyes. That's all Kenny wishes for every single night.

First understand that you’re not weak, useless, or broken because you feel the way you do. I think one of the things that help me most when I’m emotionally overwhelmed is allowing myself to unpack all of my feelings and letting myself feel them out.

Cry, scream, rest, pray, do breathing exercises do whatever you need to acknowledge those feelings but remember eventually you’ll have to move forward. Some say take it day by day or week by week, but it’s about what feels best for you. Also, know that even when it seems like these feelings are permanent the truth is, they aren’t .

Sadness, grief, hopelessness, exhaustion, and anxiety won’t be the last feelings that will overwhelm your heart. You will feel happiness again. Life constantly throws punches, it messes up our plans, it discourages us but nonetheless we’re still in control of it. You are capable of attaining the life you want regardless of the hardships. Your life is not over, it is not too late and you have the power to pull yourself out from this dark place.

We're all doing what we can. We have our own priorities , our own desires and beliefs. These shouldn't contradict each other. Instead, we should be more understanding of the fact that we are different. Nothing's going to change that. So what does it matter if people judge you? They don't understand your actions because they don't understand you.

And that's okay.

Because their opinions don't define you.

Just breathe, live and do what you want. Don't hold yourself back (as long as you don't hurt anyone). It's okay if things don't go as planned; life doesn't go as planned. Yes, we live in this judgemental society and we can only do so much to change it. Still, we can find our way out.

Although some people might tell you otherwise, it's important to remember : trying is enough. You're more than enough.

So, just try.
