Despite his dislike of skinship, Youjin could never really bring himself to push away Heejun's affection. The younger member acted like a lovesick puppy anytime the two were in the same room, something Youjin was initially uncomfortable with, but grew used to over time. On certain nights, when Heejun felt very lonely, he would invite himself to cuddle in Youjin's bed. As he was bigger, broader and muscular, Heejun felt safe in his strong arms. Occasionally, Youjin's bed would be invaded for several nights in a row which usually resulted in Heejun getting scolded. Despite telling him off, Youjin would always continue to let Heejun share the bed. The best nights were the ones where they would go to bed extra early just to talk for hours, they'd speak of mundane things like the weather and group plans, yet they would also tell of their feelings towards each other. It got very sappy a lot of the time and despite his rough, manly appearance, Youjin's quite the romantic. "Youjin-hyung? Why do you always let me do this?" Heejun had paused for a second after calling out the other's name; maybe from nerves or perhaps just to confirm he was awake. He made a confused noise in response before actually answering. "'Cus I love you Heejun." Such a short reply somehow lit the younger male's heart (and cheeks) ablaze followed by a wonderful smile appearing on his face as he turned in Youjin's arms to kiss him square on the lips. Once they separated, Heejun spoke again, this time gleefully "I love you too hyung." That has been another night spent together, and in Heejun's opinion, the best night. (aside from the ones where they get real freaky 🤧)
