sheets
The sun was bright and warm on his skin. It was one of those days where you could go outside and jog or something productive like that. Being Peter Parker, he chose to go for a picnic out in the park. Of course it wasn't by himself. He wasn't that unfortunate. It was actually his first date.
Peter sighed and laid down the soft cotton sheet onto the grass. The girl he had asked out would be here any minute, or so he hoped. He set out the food he'd brought in the cliche basket. Sandwiches, ham. Chips, regular lays. Soda, in the equally cliche thermos. And cake. Chocolate cake. These were the keys to the girl's heart, or at least that's what his friend had told him. As he set everything up, in order in which they would feast, he sighed and checked his watch. He was early by 15 minutes. A nap wouldn't hurt, especially if he wanted to bring his A-Game.
He lay back on the soft sheets and took in the warm sun, closing his eyes. When he woke up, it was dark outside. He was cold. And his date hadn't showed...
