Another Chinese otome game from Yetu will be released in English! 

It’s called My Vow to My Liege and takes place somewhere between 700-500 BC China. There’s a poll at the end of the post!

If you don’t remember, Yetu is also the company who made & published Lost in Secular Love!

So the MC pretends to be a man this time, and there are 4 love interests.

Plot: 

“ In the last years of the dynasty, during the Spring and Autumn Period (approximately between 771 - 476BC), the Liege of a certain nation struggles of hegemony, and wars seemed endless.The Kingdom of Ng defeated their old enemy, the Kingdom of Yue. In the course of the war, the King of Ng, HéLǘ, sustained fatal injuries as he passed the throne to the new king "FuChai", a girl. To fulfil the secret and long-standing wish of their ancestors of breaking their sacred vow with the Dragon God, she is forced to live a lie. Faced with countless bloody battles to seal the Dragon God, there suddenly appears a reprieve... Amid the chaos, who will loyally sacrifice their life and who will plot a scheme of betrayal—— Will they choose the man over the country? Love over hate? Who will they finally end up with? “

Since the setting is historical, the views and philosophy will reflect this (like using Chinese mythology and folklore as logic or reasoning). The art is more for aesthetics and not necessarily historically correct. 

Just like all the other Yetu games, it will be fully voiced in Chinese, have great art and original music. 

Right now they’re trying to decide how to translate the game into English. They created a poll where you can vote whether you want the text descriptions to be detailed or summarized.

Example 1: 

The alarmed soldiers of Qi starts to break their formation in their hasty attempts to flee. The unlucky ones who were unable to run away were trampled under the wheels of the chariots and turned into minced meat.

While we’re on the subject: I really think their “first” game PRiCE is really worth playing. It’s fully voiced, the story is great, the music is wonderful, art & characters are charming, and it’s FREE. Seriously, it’s free. I would pay money for it because I think it’s worth supporting and it has great quality. 

Lost in Secular Love is really cheap for the quality you get! Gorgeous art, great music, interesting story, and likable characters. Fully voiced ofc. It’s worth a lot more than the price tag it got too! (at least double, I would say). 

The Endless Journey is another really charming game from them. I haven’t had the time to finish it yet but it’s fun.

I hope you haven’t forgotten this game? It’s a Chinese otome game that started being translated to English at the beginning of 2017.

Here’s a small update, so hopefully it will be out soon for those who can’t understand Chinese.

I guess it’s no surprise that I helped with this, but I am not biased in my opinion of the game. I still like it a lot, it has humor and more mature characters (and mature themes). The music is nice, the art is nice, and it’s fully voiced. Oh and the price is really low! There is also an artbook (70 pages of artwork, story and “interview”) and light novel (240 pages), and the theme song sung by the love interests (3 songs).

I’m mentioning the artbook because it is also being translated into English, and artbooks are always nice even if they aren’t translated.

Lost in Secular Love is finally finished and will be released in a few hours, May 26 2018!

It will be at a 30% sale for 2 weeks so go buy it~

If you already bought the Chinese version, you have to uninstall and re-install it. And then pick “English” on the menu.

If you mean like Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome, no, it’s not. It does not have any graphic content. It does however have more mature themes, as they are adults in the process of getting married. But if you’re asking if it contains any detailed XXX scenes or pictures, no.
