Moving on-

Dream opened the car door as George shuffled along dragging his suitcase behind him. Sapnap walked in front of him, eager to get home.

Jiggling his leg George looked up from the concrete parking lot to see Dream in front of him a tired smile splitting across his face. “Dream,” he greeted

“George,” Dream responded quietly, unbelievingly. Not quite processing his presence until George crashed into his chest. Instinctively wrapping his arms around him Dream bit at his lips feeling excited and nervous at the same time.

Clutching George to his chest tightly, Dream held his own arm in a death grip. Almost as if he let go George would dissipate from existence and it would be another bad dream. Tears starting to drip down his face.

George just let out a muffled laugh holding Dream as equally close. “I’m real Dream.”

Dream released him at bit to look him in the face, “promise?”

Smiling at him George reached his hand up wiping Dream’s tears, “well I sure hope so, I feel real. I have all my fingers so, I’m pretty sure yeah. I’m real.”

“That’s good,” Dream sighed dropping his head down onto George’s. It was nice, existing in this parking lot with George.

“Can we leave now? This is very emotional and stuff but- I want to leave.” Sapnap interrupted from his position in the passenger seat.

Breaking apart they laughed a bit, “yeah we can get going. You’re fine with being in the back right?” Dream said already opening his door.

“Yeah, m’ tired anyway.” George said lifting his suitcase into the car immediately flopping against the car seats.

Dream just laughed starting the car, “It’s your fault if you fall.”

“I won’t”
