i’m tired of being called selfish every single week, I’m tired because that’s the only thing you seem to have about me. i’m tired of being scolded for things out of my control, i’m fucking tired.
And i know i’m not selfish, i know that.
And i’m fucking angry, i’m angry of my decision not being trusted, i’m angry that my trauma is downplayed even when every single health profesional agrees that there is no way i could have lived what i did without getting scars. I’m angry that i had to learn to manage my feelings on my own at 5, i’m angry that i learned to hide my feelings because if i was anything but happy i was a bad kid. and i’m fucking angry that i’m a 20 year old that doesn’t know what to do when is angry because i had to suppress that feeling growing up. I have not one but 3 mental disorders, and the only time you seem to recognize their existence is to attack me.
