Fire Agate and Yellow Pearl make Yellow Shell

The third fusion of the Fusion Mayhem Special: Yellow Shell!. She is based on the variable abalone shell. Like the other shells, she’s also a praying mantis and I based her design off of real mantid species. For Yellow Shell, I based her on the Spiny Flower and the Giant Devil’s Flower mantises.

Yellow Shell is a lot of things: she’s strict, hot-tempered, follows the rules without question, business-oriented, and usually has a no-nonsense attitude. But those who know her well will tell you of her huge ego. She has a massive interest of herself, always talking herself up and her accomplishments to those who are unfortunate enough to listen. Very catty, she won’t hesitate to pick out someone’s flaw and use it to put herself above them. All of this, however, is done to hide her inferiority complex. Having low self-worth, Yellow Shell tries to fake overconfidence to an absurd degree in the hopes it will improve her self-esteem. She’s also incredibly fearful of higher ups or popular/well liked figures and not wanting to upset them. So she resorts to sucking up to them to win them over and, eventually, backstab them later when she’s a peg higher.
