Breakfast: 2 slices of pumpkin seed and five seed toast with salt reduced butter (total 261 calories)
Lunch: 2 rye cruskits, 1x95g of tuna (tomato and onion) (total 189 calories)
Exercise: 49 minutes of running (5.54km) (calories burnt: approx 387)
Total food intake: 450 calories. Based on my goal of 1400 calories a day, I can afford to have another 1337 calories today! Thanks cardio! I'm going to find it hard to calculate figures like this on the days I do strength training tho. But I do know for a fact that strength training burns quite a lot!
Will update again tonight after I've had dinner and a gym session. And hopefully I can keep snacking to a minimum today!

Snacks: 1 persimmon, 20 almonds, skinny flat white with double espresso and 2 sugars, two cubes of tasty cheese, 1 forkful of an omelette that my sister couldn't finish.
Dinner: Char Kway Teow, lol, ate out again.
I'm pretty sure I'm still under my daily caloric intake though. And I didn't get to go to the gym tonight :(

Breakfast: two slices of pumpkin seed and five seed toast with butter - THE BEST!
Lunch: two cruskits, topped with a thin layer of low fat cheese spread, a (one serve) can of tuna (smoked), with grated low fat cheest (like, 2 weight watcher points per serve, and I had less than a serve I'm pretty sure!), and 1 piece of panfried chicken.
Dinner: Caesar salad (ate out, wasn't the healthiest cause there was too much dressing, but I love having leaves for dinner, instead of rice or pasta or noodles. My tummy just feels so much better) consisted of cos lettuce, anchovies, chicken breast, egg, shavings of parmesan and crispy bread? Fuck idk, white people food.
Snacks: 4 peanut m&m's, half a sheet of seaweed, 3 sips of pepsi max, 1 bottle of strongbow cider and 1 glass of Belle-Vue Kriek Lambic (cherry flavoured beer, super yums!). The alcoholic drinks fucked up my caloric intake again. Le sigh.
No exercise, not enough sleep and not enough water. Doing good with controlling my binge eating habits though :)

Breakfast: a microwaved egg + 2 slices of soy and linseed toast with butter
Lunch: an apple
Mid-afternoon meal: sweet potato + beans + brown rice + spinach, idk, I bought it from coles. It was 209 calories, and three fish and potato patties (home made)
Dinner: this is where it gets complicated, its burmese stuff. A fistful of vermicelli, two tablespoons of white rice, beef curry, sambal, some sort of soup, IDK.
Snacks: 2/3 of a serving of Darrel Lea dark chocolate, an overripe persimmon, and a slice of cake FUCK MY LIFE. And a coffee.
Exercise: 20mins on the treadmill (180 calories burnt), and step-ups (?) with 2kg dumbbells in each hand - just did enough to get my heart rate right up. Oh and sex, if that counts lol.
I need to control my snacking, and cut out carbs. I'm starting to look pregnant with this tummy of mine.

Breakfast: 1 banana + 2 weetbix in skim milk + a drizzle of honey
Lunch: 2 cruskits + a can of tuna + 2 meatballs (tiny, homemade, just made of mince pretty much)
Dinner: A handful of potato chips (fml)
Snacks: A coffee, an apple
Exercise: Nil
Fluids: Not enough water!
So although today wasn't healthy per se, I didn't eat much at all, so I guess thats good! I just really need to find time to exercise but my uni schedule isn't letting me! I'll work it out some how.

Breakfast: An apple + homemade plum jam with peanut butter on a wholegrain sandwich thin
Lunch: A bowl of milo cereal with semi skim milk + a small (like two forkfuls) of noodles in chicken broth
Dinner: A medium sized serving of pasta in stroganoff sauce (tasted horrible) + a small (like two spoonfuls) of rice with a piece of chicken and some vegies
Snack: A coffee, half a peach, a small piece of 'bread pudding' (idk, someone gave it to me)
About 2.5L of water
