There is like a specific scale of morals (or lack thereof) with the Hooligans and Bark has consistently been the ignored moral compass. Occasionally Bean has his moments but it's like. It's Bean. The Sonic universe's agent of chaos. You're absolutely right Bark would NOT do this, especially not on his own. I feel like maybe a lot of people ignore that facet of Bark solely because, well, silent, but you're right

As for Bean. He’s like a chaotic nuetral in my opinion. He seems to like Bark, though. I think that if he was guided in the right direction by Bark specifically, I can see him getting better, moral-wise. Not much better, but slightly. I may be a biased source on this.
