Today my boss and I painted our office just because we had time to. I ran 5.33 miles at the gym. That felt good. I forgot my book at home and josh brought it to work for me. That was nice. Had a minor freak out after work today, but I am fighting like hell to keep myself on track and keep my depression in check. I CAN DO THIS.
