Uploading some more footage from my #yat2018 yoga ambassador tour to India this summer and came across this video of me playing the hang pan for the first time. My buddy Jeremy Arndt let me jam out on his and it was soo fun. Granted, I have no idea what I'm doing but the sounds are still beautiful. Jeremy is an incredibly talented professional musician and he played some amaazing jams for us. Just another epic experience that made the trip that much more meaningful. Here's a little clip of live music at dinner during the Yoga Ambassador Tour in India. This was after a long day of sight seeing and traveling. We came back to have an enormous buffet dinner waiting for us with these guys jamming out. One of my favorite parts about the Yoga Ambassador Tour was the foooood heh who is surprised? Nobody. Now I blast you with food pics. They went all out with the banquet style buffets, usually vegan except for some of the places we stayed also had meat options. Very jerfy for the most part. There were so many fresh veggies and sprouts at every meal. That was my first plate every time lol so many different soups and spices too. Day 4 India Vlog: Morning reflection from the Coconut Lagoon. I'm slowly catching up on work as my body adjusts to this gnar gnar jet lag. Having a couple days to integrate and absorb the experiences from the Yoga Ambassador Tour 2018 has given me a boost of inspiration to keep hustling and keep creating with all you beautiful peeps as we level up together. I believe it was Day 7 when we had one of the best feasts of the trip. We were greeted with drums and blessings and then led into a large banquet room with banana leaves set on the tables. Traditionally I believe he said the number of courses can vary from 10 or 15 to 40 or 50 for larger occasions like weddings. You use your fingers to mix each side with the rice individually and they come by to add more as needed. Tons of flavors and spices. It was amazing food and amazing service. Just another one of the well thought out details about the #yat2018 that made it so special. If you're interested in traveling to India, I'll be taking a group back with me next spring.
