So I wanna give some thoughts on Unravel.
As some of you know, or may not know, Unravel came out last week. It was teased and announced a few years ago at E3 at the Microsoft press conference. When I originally saw It, I didn’t think much of it. However, after watching the videos and learning a little bit more about it, I became pretty excited for the idea of this little yarn guy traveling the land. Now fast-forward to its release.
This game was absolutely incredible. The art style and direction was stunning. I was constantly floored at how beautiful the environments were. And the game has this charm to it. I don’t know it’s kind of hard to explain. It just made you feel so connected to this little yarn guy named Yarney. He doesn't even have any face or anything and yet you can always feel his emotions through simple expressions. And the story is so heart warming and yet bone chilling all at the same time.
I want to take the time to say that every single person should take the time to go and support Coldwood Studios and play this game right now. This game has just climbed to one of my all time favorite games. It’s that good.

So Unravel made adorable valentines and I couldn’t find anyone sharing them so I wanted to make sure people got to see how precious Unravel is. I can’t wait to play the game.
ooooh man now I'm thinking about Yarny being Merrill's little ball of yarn and following her around. It's too cute and I'm so happy
Yarney is actually the same ball of yarn, taken by a spirit of love or of hope...or something. In its journey to reunite with Merrill, it joins the Inquisition, sensing Varric is there, and will hopefully lead it back to her someday. Yarney can’t do much fighting, but it’s magically imbued threads give off a warm, encouraging feeling that gives all around it a surge of hope!
