Why aren’t you trying? Can’t you see how much you’re hurting them?

The entire time, it’s just the therapist and the yandere double-teaming you, trying to get you to give in.

Then, because talk therapy isn’t working, they decide to use a different approach. 

Maybe he’s so scared about fucking up that he asks the others to help. Before you know it, he’s sitting at the table in the living room at the tower or the compound, Tony’s camera feed up on the monitor, and they’re all discussing how to deal with you.

Maybe they decide it’s good enrichment for Bucky; he’s had a hard go of things lately, what with all the torture, and maybe having someone softer to take care of will help.

Like, you’re basically a glorified pet.

So, Natasha breaks into your house and fucking threatens you or something, or maybe you’re so starstruck she doesn’t even have to. Maybe you just straight up follow her because she says it’s an Avengers thing (™) and you believe her because hey, it’s the Black Widow, she wouldn’t lie, she’s one of the good guys!

Anyways, they bring you back, and they give you the Talk. You know, no escaping, no leaving, stay with Bucky, behave, don’t try to hurt anyone, the works. And you’re just. I don’t even know, I can see you kinda being like WTF? But it’s not like you can leave, it’s the Avengers.

And maybe they justify it like, hey, we’re the Avengers, don’t we deserve nice things? We save the world every day, we need something for us. They don’t even really realize they aren’t treating you like a full-blown person.

And Bucky’s just ecstatic. But maybe, some of the old Bucky shines through, and he starts to treat you in like this kinda condescending way. Like, he doesn’t let you shower on your own or make your own food or feed yourself. He sees you as super helpless, and everyone else is so proud of his progress they ignore your pleading looks.

And maybe you finally have enough, and you run away and call the police, and they send someone to pick you up from where you’ve run. You’re shaking and panting, no shoes, and you slide into the cop car, all relieved. You think you’ve been rescued.

Nope, you’re driven straight back to the Avengers. Turns out they made a deal with Shield; they limit the in-fighting and collateral damage and keep working to save the world, Shield helps them keep you as a little incentive.

Now every time you escape you’ve got this massive secret government agency working double time to get you back to keep the Earth’s only defense system intact.

He takes pictures, too. I bet he has a whole camera just dedicated to you, his highest end one, one Bruce purchased for him. Yeah, he definitely uses it to learn more about you to share with everyone else, but there’s definitely a secret safe full of just pictures of you doing mundane things. It’s like a mini shrine. It’s got pics of you changing, eating, brushing your teeth, sleeping, walking to class, everything.

He usually tries to share them with his family, he’s the main source for their information on you after all, but he can’t help but keep some secret.

I can just imagine all of them gathered around in the cave, freshly out of their uniforms and all showered, trading pics between them. Tim uses them as a form of currency to get favors. If he’s extra mad, he may just deny them the photos entirely, and they’ll grovel to get access to you.

He’s hacked every device you own and he knows everything about you. He obsessively reads and watches everything you search, even the things you think are really embarrassing. Even your porn.

They all have a log of everything you’ve ever typed on your laptop or your phone. They love how curious you are, even if you’re asking google stupid questions at 3 am.
