I got impatient and just decided to post what I have from that animatic/sketch animation.

Unfortunately it's quality is awful because it got transferred through hella lots of different devices 😭😭😭

In YAMC Jennika and Venus are the last siblings that Splinter didn't save from Draxum's lab and the destruction(explosion) of that lab affected both of them in a form of physical injuries: Jennika received major burns and lost her left arm to it, while Venus received a hit to her shell, leaving a permanent scar.

I think the idea of Jennika being Mikey's twin sister is interesting, because I know for sure if Mikey found out about a twin of his, he would want to get as close with them as possible and that leaves place for an interesting dynamic between the two.

Venus, however, us of different species than any of the other turtles and with her seriousness and size(she's taller than both Leo and Donnie in YAMC) I think she'd make an interesting emotionally distant older sibling that could find sole things to share with Raph.

I want to make them very close siblings that grow together, but eventually (probably in early teenage years) they will have to be separated: Venus goes with Big Mama and Jenn goes with the Foot clan. I decided not to change that part about Jennika's story, because I see lots of angst potential in there. And as mentioned before that could create a fun dynamic between Mikey and Jennika( AND CASSANDRA, CHAOTIC AGRESSIVE BESTIES AYO).

Surely, Jenn and Venus could be visiting each other from time to time, while Jenn is working for Foot, but after the invasion, she would definitely feel bad about her clan's affiliations with Kraang and look for shelter from Venus, who would be glad to help. So when YAMC is taking place, Venus and Jennika live together close to Big Mama's hotel. Venus wouldn't want Mama getting to her sister.
