Yakimono: Lamb Chops with Teriyaki sauce; aud42 from Nobu restaurant, Crown Perth. ‘Yakimono’ is a name given to several Japanese dishes in which pieces of meat are marinated, skewered, and grilled. We ordered the lamb chops to be done ‘medium’ and it was still quite rare and pink in the middle.
