#yac studio

Hey guys! some of you may know the South Korean street brand “YAC STUDIO” (e.g. you can see korean rappers, taeyang, influencers, youtubers, etc. wearing their merch) and I just want to tell you to NEVER BUY from them. They are the MOST unprofessional brand I have ever encountered. Let me give you a summary of my experience:

- They won’t attend to your customer emails for weeks if you request a refund/exchange unless you threaten them with further action from paypal, then they will answer straight away. 

- They have time to answer comments on instagram, post photos, etc. but will ignore your emails UNLESS you message them on instagram. - I asked for an exchange since they sent me the wrong product and they told me to send it back the them. They said to send them the shipping fee receipt so they can pay me back. I’ve been asking them for over a month to pay me back and they’ve been ignoring me or telling me to be patient (it’s been over two months now how much more patient can one get -.-). So I asked my friend on instagram who has a very large following to ask them for me and they IMMEDIATELY said they’ll send my payment to her and she can send it to me... They even updated her on the status of my inquiry but fail to talk to me about it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

- That friend of mine is kindly helping me to resolve this problem because she clearly has more of an influence on them. As you can see, they only care about social media than their customers who are paying them A LOT OF MONEY (since their products & shipping fee are not cheap).  

- Lastly, they are just straight up rude. I hope no one has to experience what I went through.

So happy that we get to see that Taeyang is back on variety shows. But sadly he will be gone for two years for his military service. But let's enjoy him on shows and his new album WHITE NIGHT. DARLING & WAKE ME UP are just too good, let's enjoy it.
