A Private Recipe for Dumplings
What are privates, but small generals? What are dumplings, but small meat bao?

One teaspoon of salt to dry out the moisture of the cabbage.
Ten carrots, finely chopped.
A little chopped onions. Mix everything!!!
A little vegetable oil to keep things cohesive and moist while mixing;
Add another tablespoon of salt
Add equal amounts of sesame oil and soy sauce (be a little generous)
Add teaspoon of sugar, teaspoon pepper
Optional - chicken cube powder.
This makes about 80 dumplings :3

Sometimes it's hard to get the wrappers, so here's a video explaining different techniques with different wrappers. : ) To seal the wrapper, you can use water or egg white.

Bring water to a boil in a big pot.
Let water boil again. Add one cup of water.
Let water boil again. Add one cup of water.
Let water boil again... done!

Best made in a little dipping bowl for sauces.
Sauce one: three cloves of finely chopped garlic; equal amounts soy sauce and sesame sauce; mix.
Sauce two: two dollops of Chinese barbecue sauce; drown in soy sauce; mix.
Sauce three: spicy sesame sauce, then add enough soy sauce so you don't see the spicy sesame sauce anymore.

If you have leftover meat/are too lazy to fold dumplings anymore, the meat mix makes a good hamburger patty too.
