Been trying to eat oats every morning to get them good post workout carbs & fiber. I used to hate plain oatmeal and just buy the maple brown sugar but I don't want or need that extra sugary shit.
I read online that adding a scoop of protein (after cooking oatmeal) works and flavors it ❤ so I think of found a new breakfast staple 😍
