Small steps left wet foot prints on the wooden planks. The rice paper doors slowly grew damp as the rain water descended from the heavens, and the chilling winds pushed it in sporadic directions.
The goddess loved this weather as a small giggle of joy escaped, the rain grew even more harsh with her excitement, evolving with her emotions. Only to come to a sudden halt when she noticed someone in the far distance. Her violet eyes easily locked onto theirs as they approached her small home. It was a place of worship for the villagers housed at the base of the mountain her temple was built upon. The Goddess of Winter reside there, and many made the treacherous trip to plead for the goddess to grant their wish.
