Square One Challenge - Day 8
Day 8 - Chest & Back....I did much better.ย Still around the 20 push ups a set average but I'm not going to push it and hurt myself.ย I'm also varying my pull-up exercises since that's what strained my neck last time so I'm using bands and different set ups on how I am changing it up a bit.
No Ab Ripper X due to time so I'll do it before Plyo tomorrow.ย I ran around a bit during lacrosse and then we had Fit Club tonight at the www.RochesterFitClub.com and we did Kathy Smith's Project You: Type 2.ย That workout was awesome.ย I worked my butt off and it was way tougher than I expected but totally perfect if you areย beginner just getting into the game again.ย Totally modifiable and Kathy Smith has been in the game for a while and she knows her stuff.ย Loved this workout and I plan on writing a review of the program in the near future.

Grilled Veggies and a big salad with organic mixed greens, organic spinach, avocado, tomato, and Chicken.ย So good.ย Plus I replaced Breakfast and Lunch today with Shakeology.ย Poor planning and being lazy (I didn't want to cook today) Shakeology filled the void.
And here is a video of me in the 2nd round of Chest and Back doing Dive Bombers.ย I did Nine.ย Not bad for my second week.ย Last week I only did 8 and I took out the "Back under the fence" part.
