Had to make it in before midnight with a pen sketch of the big guy.
Xord, from Xenoblade Chronicles (on the 14th anniversary of the game's original release)
Stupid self-indulgent Xenoblade Chronicles 3 AU idea: A good chunk of the main characters (i.e. the Ouroboros and the Heroes) are reincarnations of characters from Xenoblade 1 and 2. MASSIVE XC3 SPOILERS BELOW THE CUT!
So if Origin contains ALL of the data and souls of both Bionis/Mechonis and Alrest, it stands to reason that it includes the souls of the dead. And if everyone in Aionios has a soul from Origin, it also stands to reason that some of them could be people we already know.
My (possibly final, possibly not) list goes as follows:
