NO IT WAS NOT WEIRD, that she reciprocated her feelings when she was being kissed? like have y’all ever been teenagers? shit happens, crushes fade over the stupidest shit and what alex did, by hiding the truth was shitty, nico had decided right then and there she was through with him. as for her realizing she liked karrie when she kissed her, i mean why is that so wrong? up until then, and given their history it’s safe to assume that they were best friends and like it’s so established that nico has had a soft spot for karolina forever, regardless of it being romantic or not. like the subtle looks, the subtle glances, and touches it implies that nico has always been gentle around karrie she’s always had a soft spot for her. however that doesn’t have to mean that she ALWAYS knew, like for all nico knew she was straight, and so was karrie. her realizing that oh shit, everyhing i felt for karolina before makes sense now that she’s kissing me is not out of ordinary. and quite frankly it pisses me off that people go off about this subject, because no one has questioned gert and chase’s relationship when it literally happened the same fucking way. like gert told chase how she feels and he was like OH YEAH I ALWAYS SAW YOU, when we all know that boy spent season 01 chasing and pining after karolina so like ?!?!?! why is that valid and not this?
anyway, deanoru is canon and the emotional core of the show, even before they were a couple their deepest scenes were always together and that’s that on that.
