Who said I love you first?
Neither. They probably still won’t have said it after five years together. They tend to show their affection through actions more than actually vocalise it.
Who laughs when the other trips?
Both. Loraly’s laugh is louder but there is an undeniable smile on Blandon’s face when he offers her a hand to get up.
Who pays the bills?
Blandon. He finds it easier to budget and manage finances than most so sorting out bills is fine for him. And he doesn’t mind the dullness either.
Which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays?
Loraly, probably. Neither of them make much of a fuss about any of them, except for Halloween. Then they do a couple’s costume with Blandon as a vampire and Loraly as a blood drained victim. They find the private joke funny even if no-one else does.
Who’s more clumsy?
Blandon. Not that he’s a clumsy person but Loraly’s vampire traits have a way of keeping her out of the kinds of problems that most other people have.
Who checks their daily horoscope?
Neither. They’re both content with where they are in life and don’t feel a need to know about their future. They’re happy to head into it unknowing.
Who sings louder in the car?
Loraly. She has an infectious love of life which makes her turn the volume up and sing along to any of her favourite songs. Blandon is occasionally swept up in her enthusiasm, too.
Who leaves the cap off the toothpaste?
Neither. The cap is sacred and must remain on the toothpaste when not in use.
Who is more up to date in pop culture?
Loraly. But really only because Blandon is completely disinterested in it. Loraly hears about things and remembers them whilst Blandon just does not care at all.
Who insists on going to see the newest movies?
Neither. Being around that many people just doesn’t interest either of them and there are plenty of other things that they would much rather watch or do than see a film.
Who cries when the abused animal commercials come on?
Neither. They feel sad and sorry for the animals but aren’t quite moved to tears over them, the two of them are a little too stoic for that.
Who’s the lighter sleeper?
Loraly. At the end of the day, she is a vampire and sleeping at night just won’t ever come easy to her. Plus, it means that she’s normally up to talk to when Blandon wakes up during the night
Who believes in ghosts?
Both. They just have to believe in them.
Who does the grocery shopping?
Both, surprisingly. Not at the same time, but both will happily go to the shops and get food in. The owner of the 24-hour corner store not far from their place is used to seeing Loraly wander in wide awake at weird times in the night to pick up little odds and ends.
Who updates their facebook status more often?
Loraly. This is really because Blandon updates his maybe two or three times a year whilst Loraly’s is updated every few weeks.
