Oh I am similar to the Ammon who doesn't dream. Though for me it is only rare for me to dream. Though I find when I do dream they are very lucid dreams. I know I am dreaming and can sometimes question and change he dream. But there is also times where it is strange like the past and events I couldn't remember for being much too young or not even born yet. It's gotten me curious about past life. I am wondering if some of these dreams are linked to past lives. I feel it is something at the least.
Could be! I also have pretty much always dreams where I am aware it is a dream. The best one was when I had a strict diet and couldn’t have any treats to get my digestion issues under control, I had a dream where I went to a bar which served also cakes. Then I remembered that “Hey, this is a dream!” and I told the bartender “HEY, I can eat all these cakes! I can’t have these in waking life, but this is a dream so no harm will be done if I eat these. Bring me a piece of each cake you have here!”I also wake myself up if I see nightmares or if the dream is becoming disturbing. Like once I was left from a train on a platform on a sunny day, but there were meat-eating dinosaurs nearby and no hiding places to me. While everything was fine in the dream right that moment, I though “NOPE, I’m not going to stay here to watch what will happen. I’ll wake up.” Sometimes the dream changing doesn’t work the way I want, but most often I can rewind something I’m not happy about and make it go as I wish it.Past lives most often appear in dreams, because our logical mind which talks back at us, is sleeping.
