Hannah partakes in the Ouija session if and only if Jess reads her book in the beginning, rather than check her phone. When Hannah is scrolling through Facebook, if Jess checks her phone, she likes Josh’s post about Beth which brings it to the forefront of Hannah’s feed. This will emotionally set off Hannah and make the memory of Beth even more fresh than it already is, prompting her to opt out of the seance. 

If Jess reads her book, Hannah does not see Josh’s post again, and while still hesitant, more open to joining in on the seance. It will result in Hannah going after Josh to try and comfort him when he wigs out.

As Ash and Chris go to the library, there’s a lot of hooplah outside with Matt/Em, and Jess/Mike. That remains the same. The Psycho takes Ashley and knocks Chris out. Chris chooses between either Josh or Ashley. And then that little scene with Ash and Chris being like we need to go find Sam (and Hannah) and warn them and Em being like fuck y’all we need to get help. There’s a blackout.

So before we get back to Michael at the sanitarium, the player is now able to play Hannah and we go back to the moment after she ran after Josh during the seance.  She should be able to find Josh in the kitchen.

If she does not go to the seance, you start in Beth’s room. Just from starting out, Hannah is looking through Beth’s belongings and jewelry and can’t find Beth’s bracelet. Her objective is to find Josh so she can get the keys to their parents’ room. Maybe they stashed it in their for safekeeping.

The scene there ends with Josh looking up at her.

We jump back to Michael in the sanitarium. And Matt/Em trying to get help. All the wandering around the lodge to try to get to Sam as well happens normally. Sam is in the bath and gets chased. Hannah is about to leave and go on her walk when hears the screams and comes to help her. Regardless of whether or not Sam gets away, Hannah is taken by the psycho.

Chris and Ash get knocked out and taken by the Psycho and the whole Chris killing Ashley or himself thing happens. There’s a blackout.

And then it goes to Sam’s perspective, she’s walking down in the basement by herself, she runs into Mike.

We go back to Chris/Ashley. Right after the reveal and Mike punches Josh, saying “You’re gonna fucking pay!” or whatever.

We flash to an interactive flashback, playing Hannah and Josh. Once Josh is found in the kitchen, any Josh rper has the choice to tell her the truth and keep her uninvolved, tell the truth and invite her into the prank, or lie and keep her uninvolved.

She will make her decision once given Josh’s options. If he lies to her and keeps her uninvolved, she will hug him, tell him how much she loves him, and tell him she's going to go upstairs to finish unpacking and try to find Beth’s bracelet. She mentions possibly going on a short walk to clear her mind. We’re lead to assume that the walk she talks about is what prompts her to hear Samantha, and then she is captured by The Psycho.  Once done with the flashback, it will come to the present. Hannah will run out from behind the control room, unscathed. She will yell at Michael for punching him. Sam would most likely to hold her back to stop her from slapping Mike. She stays behind at the lodge with the gang. Blackout.

If he tells the truth and the squirrel is not shot at the beginning of the game, the world remains in balance and Hannah does not choose to join in on the prank. If anything, she will express concern and it will end with him locking her in Beth’s room “for her own good.” This is the only way she does not help Sam and does not get taken by The Psycho. Instead she climbs out the window and goes on her walk, avoiding the reveal entirely. We see her escaping the room through the window and running into the woods to try to find Beth’s bracelet. In this path, she will run into Emily when Emily is fleeing back to the lodge. Blackout.

If he tells the truth and the squirrel is shot, she decides to get revenge and shows up later during the reveal, but she is mortified by her decision. During the reveal, she yells at Josh for being so cruel. But she also yells at everyone else for what they did to Beth, and for alienating Josh like they did. Someone can interject and remind her that defending him won’t help. But she will protest and say that she did not know he was going to take it this far. She also is not aware that Josh “kills” himself in front of Chris and Ashley. When Michael punches Josh, she winces but does not fight him on it. She stays with Sam and goes back into the lodge.

We go back to Mike/Josh/Chris in the shed, Chris leaving Mike and Josh alone in the shed. Then to Emily in the mines. Then Emily either escaping or dying. If she escapes and takes the safe route, avoiding the conveyor belt grinding thing, she will spot Hannah from that angle and run into her, yanking her along. If Hannah is in the woods and Emily takes the quick route, she will miss her completely and not bring her back to the lodge.

We’re back at the lodge. Emily bursts in (possibly with Hannah) or Hannah is already there with the others. The Stranger scene happens. Chris and The Stranger get Josh. Stranger dies. Hannah is either in the saferoom with the others, or now in the mines. The wendigo that attacked Emily was distracted enough to ignore that Hannah was sneaking inside the mines to get down to where they fell. She’d set on getting this bracelet back.

In the saferoom though.

She’s looking at the blueprints over Emily and Sam’s shoulder. Tracing the words as she remembers how hungry she was. How cold it was down there. How afraid. She listens to what Michael has to say. About the history of it all and it all sets into place. They’d heard things. Inhuman screams, animals squealing.  “It’s where I lived for three months next to my sister’s rotting corpse, alright? I can help you around. Goddammit, I’m not the scared little girl I was last year. I’m going with you. I’m going to go find my brother whether you like it or not.”

Right at that moment is when Ashley notices Emily’s bite if she has one. If she doesn’t, both Mike and Hannah make their way back to the Sanatorium. During the possibility Mike having to shoot Emily, Hannah will interject and say something along the lines of Ashley being irrational and that Mike shouldn’t listen to her.

If he shoots Emily, she takes the gun with her. If not, she leaves it there.

They go to the Sanatorium. Hannah is angry. They have a small fight which can be fleshed out with any Mike rper. Mike has the ability to be either sympathetic and consoling or get defensive and abrasive. Hannah cries silently either way and follows him, but her trust level of him is possibly shaken.

His reaction here is important because it will effect decisions once they get inside the sanatorium.

If he is sympathetic in the hallway, she remains close to him in proximity, her trust level in him high. He will be close enough for him to tug her out of harm’s way when the explosion happens.

If Mike decides to be a dick in the hallway, Hannah will keep her distance which will result in her being too far away from him to grab. This will cause her to be killed by one of the wendigos. It will grab her and literally rip her heart out and throw it at Mike. It then tries to take the body. But Mike explodes the place. If this route happens, she is charred beyond recognition.

Hannah and Mike get separated though, during the explosion. She’s hit her head and is passed out in a bush. Michael is too preoccupied to try to find her, seeing as he’s being chased by a wendigo. He runs into Sam like normal and make their way down into the mines.

We then go to Josh and play from his perspective the delusion scene and you play him for like three seconds. Right after this, we cutscene to Hannah who’s waking up. She realizes the gravity of the situation and bolts as best she can, but she’s delirious. Mike has barricaded the door with the gun. She’s only fifteen to twenty minutes behind him.

If she still has the saferoom gun, she can shoot the door open, essentially exploding it open.

If she doesn’t get inside, she just just slumps against the outside door. She knows exactly where she is. Looking down and to her left, she finds Beth’s bracelet.

If Han avoided the reveal, she’s already inside and at Beth’s grave. The bracelet is in her hand.

We jump to Mike/Sam and them exploring the mines.

If Hannah is inside, she will catch up to Sam and Mike and all three will find Josh. Sam will climb up. Depending on Hannah’s relationship with Mike, she will make the decision on whether or not she trusts her brother to be alone with Mike. If she trusts Mike, she follows Sam. If she doesn’t trust him, she goes with Josh to keep him safe. She could possibly see Josh die/get taken. Mike has to pull her out as she screams.

If Hannah is outside, Mike (and Josh? Depending if the Josh rper wants him to live, die, or turn into a wendigo) will hear her banging on the door on the way back. She does not see Josh possibly die or get taken. Mike has to urge her forward and back to the mines.

If Hannah is at the grave already, Mike and Sam will find her. She will go with Mike and Josh. Her level of trust in Mike hasn’t been skewed either way in this version, but she won’t want to leave Josh’s side. She 100% sees Josh die/get taken and Mike has to pull her out as she screams.

In all versions, before they cross the lake thing with Josh in tow, Hannah has the potential to slip on a rock and fall into the lake. Nothing fatal happens to her, though. There’s a Triangle QTE where this can be avoided, where Mike grabs her just in time from falling over. This will restore her trust in him. If you miss the QTE and Hannah’s trust is intact, letting her fall into the lake will result in her not trusting Mike now.

We’re playing as Sam now. If Hannah chooses to go with Sam, they’re running together.

They all make it to the lodge. She has the choice of saving Mike or Hannah once inside.

If you save Hannah, she runs out unscathed, but Mike gets left behind and dies in the explosion.

If you save Mike, and Hannah still trusts Mike, they both live but Hannah gets attacked. She barely makes it out.
