So, in my Au (yes, im stealing this, fuck Genshin) Wriothesley would arrest Ifa and Cacucu for the whole "releasing a flying object the first 3 days of the month", then unsure whether Cacucu applies, he takes them to Neuvillette, only to see he was stabbed and Eztli is ofc healing him like a good hubby he is.

Wriothesley already knows Neuvillette is the Hydro dragon, so he isn't too worried, he does check on him, "you good? Need anything?" And distracts him with the pain with a little tomfoolery, trying to teach Cacucu new words (whilst also trying to find answers)

He's a good friend, and the two dragons would see that

But they're also confused by what the hell Wriothesley is teaching Cacucu now

Whenever Eztli has to leave quickly and leave Xeelja at home, Xeelja would play for a bit, and if she gets bored or sleepy, she'll go to Eztli's room and climb on his bed

She buries her little face against Eztli's pillow and smells the small traces left of his scent, imagining it's the small space between her daddy's chest and stomach. Imagining he's still there, cuddling her

Xeelja always wants to do good and be a good girl, so she sits patiently, and when she hears the door open, she shoots up to her feet and races to the door, giggling all the way

Miquiztli's dagger had major inspiration from Aztec culture and ceremonial daggers.

Xeelja's "Sun dial" thing has mostly Mayan inspiration mixed with a bit of the Mexica calendar hehe, i couldn't find the exact picture I had saved so the one there is the closest

Eztli's sword/claymore has most inspiration from Xiuhcoatl's sword, its meant to mirror Xiuhcoatl, Eztli's whole deal is being a mirror to Xiuhcoatl, If he hadn't lost his mind and died, also a small spin and sort of a character study on dragons and their behavior, how they learnto act human while still conserving their beliefs, values, and authority.

Eztli's splash art will reflect this as well hehe

Xeelja is getting an adorable empire style dress, high waisted and long, lots of ruffles and lolita elements! I still cannot decide on her colors yet however, i might play around with a different color palette instead

Current progress of Miquiztli! She's not yet colored but I'll definitely keep her og colors while adding more browns and greens to add to an steampunk feeling, her clothes are mostly inspired by the industrial revolution as well!

And as an honorable mention, i worked with @deepd00wn to make Lautaro's outfit!

We were mostly inspired by 19th century fashion in france and my version of Neuvillette's clothes, elegant, simple, yet still fashionable and easy to wear for the deer boy

Eztli will be a surprise however, but this is what we're working with

Contrary to the kids, Eztli is a playable character so his design has to be more elaborate!

Cough, the 4th kid, Balam is not mentioned since uh he's not my oc, even though my other friend and i do agreed to make him one of Eztli's kids.... But my man ain't working on him anytime soon so, we'll see his design

He adores every single one, Xeelja, Miquiztli, Lautaro, and Balam, but he doesn't believe he deserves them

Imagine canon Mavuika surprised to see Eztli actually taking care of Xeelja, she had assumed he already found her a new home, but he didn't

The little girl was seated on his lap, watching him peel an apple for her

"I see you've decided to keep her? Never took you to be the... Fatherly type" she laughs and looks back up at Eztli, who remains silent in thought. Eztli's eyes narrow slightly and he shakes his head

"My apologies but I do not believe I could take such a title or credit, I am her guardian, I am in no way fit to be a father"

Mavuika's brows furrow "Really? Then why is she on your lap while you peel little apple slices for her?" She challenges him.

Mavuika raises an eyebrow, a little smirk making it to her lips.

"You know... I don't know much about kids either, or raising them," Mavuika shrugs and takes a step forward, sitting next to Eztli and reaching down to ruffle the little one's hair, "but I did learn from my father that you always learn about your kids, even unintentionally"
